   Sales

  1. Shipping and Billing addresses must be the same for order processing.
  2. Any robot or other automatic device or software connected to the services is prohibited. If we reasonably determine that any order or attempted order was made by or through use of any robot or other automatic device or software, we have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny or cancel any such order, to refuse to accept any returns or offer refunds.

  Payments

  1. Prices are listed in USD.
  2. Accepted payments are Paypal, Stripe, Apple Pay, American Express, Visa & Mastercard.

  Prices

  1. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax where applicable, delivery costs, or duties, all of which you agree to pay upon ordering.

 Duties & Taxes

  1. Canadian orders are subject to provincial and federal taxes.
  2. Due to business requirements, US orders may be subject to sales taxes.
  3. Customers are responsible for payment of duties, fees and import taxes on International and US orders upon delivery.
  4. Más Global HQ is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.

 Special Drop and Global Vintage Items

  1. All Special Drop and Global Vintage products, including collaboration items, are final sale as is.
  2. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified/canceled.
  3. Special Collaboration Items shipping rates are subject to change and are not fixed.

 Order Editing or Cancellation

  1. An order cannot be edited or canceled after fulfillment. If you need to change or cancel an order before fulfillment, please contact us here immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes to your order.

 International

  1. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 Returns (US only)

  1. All items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, unworn and in resalable conditions. If an item does not meet this criteria, it will be denied.
  2. You have 14 business days after receiving your package to request a return here.
  3. All Special Drop and Global Vintage products, including collaboration items, are final sale.
  4. A $15 USD fee will be applied to all returns.
  5. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us directly here.
  6. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed once the returned merchandise has reached our warehouse and has been inspected. If approved, store credit for the webstore will be given for the retail price of the item(s).
  7. Shipping Rates are non-refundable.
  8. Returns and processing times may be delayed due to higher than usual volumes, peak times and due to the current COVID-19 challenges.

  Exchanges

  1. Más Global HQ may carry out direct exchanges on Apparel Items only. You have 14 business days after receiving your package to request an exchange here. Please note we reserve the right to refuse an exchange at any time.
  2. Más Global HQ reserves the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time.

  Defective or Incorrect Items

  1. If the item you receive is defective or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately after receiving your order to fill out a form here. Pictures must be provided. Global Vintage and Special Collaboration items are final as is.

  Lost Packages

  1. Más Global HQ is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Customers will absorb the costs of stolen/lost parcels.

  Shipping

  1. To protect our customers, Más Global HQ is unable to change or intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and we will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
  2. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
  3. Please allow 10-14 business days for orders to be processed, fulfilled and shipped.
  4. Processing times may be delayed due to higher than usual volumes, peak times and due to the current COVID-19 challenges.

  Terms and Policy

Customers therefore confirm that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of Use before accessing the Site and/or using the services, and they undertake to comply with them.
  2. Más Global HQ reserves the right to refuse Service and/or prohibit or terminate access to Services in whole or in part, for any reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
  3. Más Global HQ may occasionally suspend its online service temporarily for technical reasons. You may still access the Contact section at all times.
